Bargainer Statues are characters in Tears of the Kingdom.

Biography

Bargainer Statues are sapient Statues that are predominantly found in the Depths. Their purpose is to deliver Poes to the afterlife. Link can speak with most of them to trade Poes for rare Materials, Armor, and Equipment.

The Bargainer Statue at the entrance to the Great Plateau cannot be traded with. When Link speaks to it, the Great Abandoned Central Mine Bargainer Statue will speak through it, instructing him to go to the Temple of Time Ruins where he can start the Side Adventure "A Call from the Depths". Afterwards, it will fall silent.

There are eight Bargainer Statues in Tears of the Kingdom, six in the Depths, one in Lookout Landing, and one at the entrance to the Great Plateau. Each Bargainer Statue in the Depths corresponds to a Great Goddess Statue on the Surface or in the Sky.

Wares and Prices

The wares the Bargainer Statues offer are expanded each time Link opens a new Bargainer Statue's Shop. Until Link has interacted with all of them, the Bargainer Statue in Lookout Landing will mark the location of a Bargainer Statue in the Depths that Link has not yet visited on his Map in exchange for 100 Poes. Additionally, rare Armor and Equipment will become available for purchase from the Bargainer Statues in the Depths after Link has obtained them at least once.
