Question

Hey. Any chance we could perhaps tone down the language on your user page? One instance of a word, sure, but I'm seeing F-bombs all over the place... Remember, we do have kids that view this site. Thanks. ;) —Ando (talk) 22:04, 11 July 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Sure thing, I joined today... by the way. And also it's my userpage not my talk page. Just letting you know the error you made. GunMetal Angel

Bah, of course, I don't know what I was thinking. :P Thanks again. —Ando (talk) 22:05, 11 July 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I cleaned it up, I removed the F-words, and replaced them with less-vulgar swear words, if this is still too vulgar, I'll remove the sentence comepletely. GunMetal Angel

Alright, cool, thanks. It's not too bad now; other user pages follow the same basic guidelines for these sorts of things. —Ando (talk) 22:51, 11 July 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Okay... GunMetal Angel

I've been waiting for a "hello" :) GunMetal Angel

Just out of curiosity

Why exactly do you tend to put two or more spaces in between every word you type? I'm not getting onto you or anything, I'm just curious? —Ando (talk) 14:31, 15 July 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I don't and it's not every word, I have a shitty keyboard is all, and it will sometimes jump two maybe even four spaces everytime I hit the spacebar. Sometimes it doesn't even space at all, it's insane! GunMetal Angel

Haha, I figured that was the case (we actually have another member here with a sticky space bar). Pretty wacky. —Ando (talk) 20:03, 15 July 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

It's not "sticky" it's busted. GunMetal Angel

Actually, I fixed my keyboard. It no longer sticks. Seablue 01:38, 16 July 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I wish I could fix mine... GunMetal Angel

Open it up and take a look. Seablue 01:40, 16 July 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

...And void my warranty, I don't think so! GunMetal Angel

If it's busted, why the hell would you care about your warranty? Seablue 01:41, 16 July 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Because all it is is a spacebar and most sites donot allow multi-spacing, the multi-spaces get turned into singles, so it somewhat doesn't matter. GunMetal Angel

What kind of computer are you using? If it is a laptop/Tablet then you'd want to be careful about opening it. If it is a desktop then the warranty isn't worth crap. It is easier, and perhaps cheaper, just to buy a new keyboard then to call in a warranty for a Desktop. Still, it does not cost that much for a new keyboard on a laptop or Tablet. On a tablet or laptop, it does not void the warranty to open up the keyboard. Trust me, I spent the entire last school year fixing desktops, laptops, and tablets. Opening up a keyboard does nothing to your warranty. In fact, that is exactly what the company told us to do whenever we called in a problem for the warranty. So go right ahead.Emma (Talk) 02:11, July 16, 2008 (UTC)

A Mac, I usually use a Mac. GunMetal Angel

Well, there are desktop and laptop Macs too. Still, if you have a defective key, then it should be covered under your warranty to get it replaced. I'm not totally familiar with Mac warranties, but it can't be that hard. The bad thing about Macs is that Apple is very picky about its parts. It doesn't let any retailers sell individual replacement parts. They have to be ordered directly from Apple. My suggestion, get a PC. It will have Vista, so dump that and put something like Linux on it. That will make replacing a bad keyboard as easy as going to your local Wal-Mart.Emma (Talk) 21:13, July 16, 2008 (UTC)
Yes. We must all obey the Wal-Mart. The Wal-Mart tells us to buy stuff from it and we obey.:P

I got to Wal-Mart almost everyday! GunMetal Angel It calls for me!!!

WAL-MART. MUST GO BUY LOW PRICED CRAP. BE BACK WHENEVER. Nah, later. But I'm sure you can find a good XP Laptop/Desktop on eBay. EBAY. IT CALLS FOR US TOO. Anyway, if you want the Mac and ?XP to interact, I believe a Mac has an option that can allow it to share files with Windows. Now, WAL-MART. Seablue 11:49, 1 August 2008 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Awesome - Soulcalibur!

Just to let you guys know, 2 days ago I played Soulcalibur IV and I bought Soulclibur III, they're pretty awesome games and they fixed what the second one had wrong with it. Although, the Star Wars characters really don't fit Soulcalibur IV, I mean, really... what does Star Wars have to do with Soulcalibur? Well...whatever it's been a while since I've been on, I may just edit today. GunMetal Angel
