Hello! I noticed that you seem to be having some trouble with the signature coding — don't worry, it happens a lot. You only need to type one thing:

~~~~
That's it. Just those four tildes. They automatically add your name and the time you made your post when you save the page, so you don't have to type any of that yourself! Hope this helped, and thank you for contributing to Zelda Wiki.org!Mandi Talk 07:37, 24 April 2009 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Welcome back
Hey, welcome back! It's always nice to see old users come back. Anyways, we have a help guide. Some really good pages to look at are, this one, it goes through all of the basic wiki formatting. this one for userboxes, if you want to make your page look better. There's a lot of other helpful pages on images, references, ect. So, if you need any help, be sure to check the guide, or ask one of the active staff who would be happy to help!Mandi Talk 17:09, January 4, 2011 (UTC)
Article Talk Pages
Hi there Ragnarok!! I've noticed your last three edits to the Talk Pages of articles (Death Mountain, Skull Kid, and Imprisoning War) have been about your theories regarding those topics rather than the actual content of the articles. While interesting, those Talk Pages are specifically for discussing article improvement, not for discussing theories. =) Our affiliates have plenty of forums, though, where your ideas would be most welcome!! Please feel free to stop by any of those forums and discuss your ideas with other theorists! =D Embyr 75  --Talk-- 02:13, 6 January 2011 (EST)
I see. Sorry, I didn't know that. Considering that, I'd like to know two things. One: what will become of the theories I've already posted in my ignorance? Two: Should I repost the same ones on the forum or would that be for some reason redundant? If they're going to be removed I'd like to copy them or have a copy at least, first. Perhaps it's a tad egotistical but I thought I was rather eloquent at times. That, and I may not recall all my points off-hand if I repost them on the forum. A few points actually came to me while writing. Please let me know what the situation is in regards to the theories so that I can plan and act accordingly. Also, the guide seems to suggest replying here. If there is a better place to do so, please let me know as I'm still rather new to the functioning of the wiki. Thank you.
  1. They'll probably stay there. We don't usually remove comments unless they're vulgar.
  2. Do as you like. I don't see how it would be redundant, as most people don't read our talk pages for theories.
If for some reason a theory does get removed, you can always view it again by clicking the "history" button at the top of the page and selecting the time of your edit. That'll display that page exactly as it was at that time. Anyway, you were right in replying here. Always reply in the page where the issue was raised. You're a lot better than some of the people we see here, but don't tell anyone that. :P — Abdul [T] [C] [S]  08:10, 6 January 2011 (EST)
Userbox Issue
I'm assuming this is the place to ask the question. I've noticed lately that on and off my userboxes are being cut in half. The right half side will, seemingly at random, be removed and it's really annoying to me. Can anyone perhaps tell me what is causing that and, more importantly, how to fix it if possible? Thank you.
Ragnarok 20:07, 9 January 2011 (EST)
It's probably your browser, I'd assume that you're using Internet Explorer?Mandi Talk 08:54, January 10, 2011 (UTC)
I just tried it with Internet Explorer and recreated the described problem. You see, the userbox container has a fixed width (100px), and while it usually stretches to fit content, it wasn't properly rendered by your browser.I fixed it by increasing the width to 250px, but you might still see some trimming. If you're still annoyed by it, you may want to consider upgrading or trying another browser — Abdul [T] [C] [S]  08:14, 10 January 2011 (EST)
Forums
This may be a bit of a silly question but I remember being told I should post my theories on a forum and was told there were a few I could use. However I'm not sure how to get to them from here. If someone could direct me, I'd be very grateful. Thank you.
Hi Ragnarok! Not silly at all!! :) Many of our "Mastermind" sites (which you can find on the sidebar to your left) have active forums where you can chat with other theorists. Two examples of those forums are at Zelda Universe and Zelda Dungeon. Feel free to explore them and find the forum you like best. Embyr 75  --Talk-- 00:55, 12 January 2011 (EST)
The Legend of Zelda for Game Boy Advance
I recently got the original Zelda for GBA and I have to say I have no idea how to get anything to come up. The ONLY way I know of to bring up the save menu, for example, is by dying. Hardly the best way, but as far as I can tell, the only way. Anyone have any answers as to if there's another, less fatal way to access that menu, other tips or tricks I might want to know that would be helpful? I'd greatly appreciate the assistance that in any way makes the game easier to play and therefore I'm sure more enjoyable. Thank you.
Ragnarok 00:08, 13 February 2011 (EST)
Yep, the only way to save is to die. That's how it was with many, many original NES titles: some provide a save feature at death, most others a password system (we're so used to the luxury of pausing and saving wherever we want in today's games). The game is literally just a port to the GBA - all the original functionality, dungeons, items, upgrades, etc. Everything is the same as the original, but now it's portable. — ciprianotalk 20:25, 13 February 2011 (EST)
